If you would rather set up your subscription by mail, simply send us a short note specifying your preference of DVD or CD formats, and the shipping address you would like us to send them to, as well as a check or money order for $25.00.

To continue your subscription from month to month simply send us a check each month to cover your subscription. Alternatively, if you would like to pay for several months of subscription at once, simply send us a check or money order with sufficient funds to cover the number of months for which you would like to subscribe in advance ($25 x Number of months).
